These homes were designed to a high specification.  Each house featured underfloor heating upstairs and downstairs supplied by a Ground Source Heat Pump. Installed were, aluminium/wood clad triple glazed windows, oak engineered flooring and doors, beautiful aluminuim bi-folds opening onto the outside garden areas and lovely cedar cladding to the exterior.

Both properties sold during the build process. Timescale 12 months
