Devoran 2 Bed Detached Bungalow

We obtained planning for a modern 2 bed bungalow in 2020. The bungalow, with sedum roofs, larch cladding and contemporary design gave this a beautiful modern look. The project, with underfloor heating throughout, 2 large bedrooms with one ensuite and large open plan kitchen diner with quartz worktops. A very fast and enjoyable build. Timescale 5 months.

Victorian House Renovation

A beautiful building that needed a major overhaul. The entire house was renovated installing 2 extensions and a loft conversion. New electrics and plumbing were installed throughout. Relocating the bathroom upstairs provided a beautiful galley kitchen. A fantastic renovation which we thoroughly enjoyed. Timescale 6 months.
