We bought the redundant barn during the first lockdown in 2020. We converted the barn and added an extension and garden room to the house. This turned out to be a lovely one bedroom barn conversion located in the countryside village of Perranwell Station. Perfect for a bolt hole or a lovely holiday let. Timescale - 4 months
