Threemilestone

We purchased a bungalow in 2016 and eventually achieved planning for 3 x 4 bedroom houses. We started works in March 2019 and completed the project during the pandemic in 2020. It took 3 months to agree sales on all the properties and we were delighted with the finish. Resin drives and a lovely clean modern look made these properties stand out from the crowd. All 3 had underfloor heating, stunning open plan kitchens with quartz worktops and modern oak engineered flooring throughout the ground floor.
